Description:
- Assist the Manager in Spring Lambing.
- Feed balanced ration to all livestock on the farm.
- Learn to be an effective time manager, and balance a budget.
- Bring in more revenue than expenditures .
- Come to understand that management in agriculture, means to work to produce the outcome you desire.
Qualifications:
- A background or coursework in agriculture or related fields to have a foundational understanding of farming practices.
- The capacity to identify and resolve issues that may arise during lambing and daily farm activities.
- The physical ability to handle the demands of farm work, including lifting and caring for livestock.
